MECA Challenge is a one-day innovation competition. Geared toward students, educators and corporate team building, MECA Challenge allows participants to solve a real-world problem with the guidance of a mentor from the entrepreneurial community. Not just for business students, teams have the opportunity to develop creative thinking and resourcefulness in a guided exercise that fundamentally changes the way they view entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial thinking.
Innovation Exchange is a collaboration between Startland News and Think Big Partners. This monthly panel discussion invites Kansas City area thought leaders and ecosystem stakeholders to speak on issues facing Kansas Citians from entrepreneurship to city infrastructure to business strategy and everything in between.

Startup Crawl KC is a fantastic, one-night tour of Kansas City's awesome startup community. Attendees visit innovation hubs in the Crossroads District while eating, drinking, networking and having fun. Discover and learn about KC, meet the founders, ask them questions, and get inspired!
